1. Introduction

Welcome to WaveDevs Technology Consulting. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our internship program and services. By enrolling in our internship program, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your application or payment.

2. Program Fee and Refund Policy

2.1 Non-Refundable Fee: The internship program fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the payment has been processed. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Inability to complete the program due to personal reasons
  • Dissatisfaction with the program content
  • Technical issues on the participant's end
  • Failure to meet program requirements
  • Voluntary withdrawal from the program

2.2 Payment Acknowledgment: By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept that the fee is non-refundable and that you have read and understood all program requirements before enrolling.

2.3 Program Transfer: Program enrollment is non-transferable to another individual without prior written consent from WaveDevs.

3. Program Structure

3.1 Duration: The internship program consists of 120 hours of training that can be completed at your own pace within the specified timeframe.

3.2 Mentorship: Participants who opt for the mentorship plan will receive dedicated guidance from assigned mentors. Mentor availability is subject to scheduling and program guidelines.

3.3 Certification: Upon successful completion of all program requirements, participants will receive a completion certificate. The certificate is issued at WaveDevs' sole discretion based on performance evaluation.

4. Participant Obligations

4.1 Commitment: Participants are expected to dedicate adequate time and effort to complete the program successfully.

4.2 Code of Conduct: Participants must maintain professional behavior and adhere to the program's code of conduct at all times.

4.3 Original Work: All submissions must be original work. Plagiarism or copying from other sources will result in immediate termination from the program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Program Materials: All course materials, content, and resources provided during the internship are the intellectual property of WaveDevs and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.

5.2 Project Work: Projects completed during the internship may be used by WaveDevs for demonstration, marketing, or educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Guarantee: While we strive to provide quality training and job support, WaveDevs does not guarantee employment or specific career outcomes upon program completion.

6.2 Technical Issues: WaveDevs is not liable for any technical issues, data loss, or interruptions that may occur during the program due to factors beyond our control.

7. Termination

WaveDevs reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrollment without refund if:

  • The participant violates these terms and conditions
  • The participant engages in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
  • The participant displays unprofessional or disruptive behavior
  • The participant fails to meet minimum participation requirements

8. Modifications to Terms

WaveDevs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
